Well constructed cigar in my opinion. Not an overly complex flavor profile of wood and leather with some very subtle sweetness. It was a little harsh at times for me with some metallic flavors. That could have just been that particular cigar though. I still have yet to try the 1918, but it seems like it may be more in my wheelhouse of flavors I like.

Very, very well balanced cigar. Nice, smooth, and very oily wrapper. Roasted peanuts, cedar, and the occasional note of bread with baking spices. It’s fairly smooth on the retrohale, as well. I’ll smoke more in the future.

Pairing: Perrier water
This one is unique. Medium body, picked up earth, barnyard, cedar maybe but definitely some sort of wood. Light spice on retro, can't pick up on anything exactly but enjoyable. Really complex flavors, stayed pretty consistent throughout the cigar. Short clean finish, perfect construction throughout. Really good smoke.
